Abba Avrohom Bryski, a 35-year-old rabbi and educator from Agoura Hills, California, is charged with felony murder for allegedly intentionally running over and killing Nicholas Lang, a 28-year-old worker painting lines on the parking lot of a Costco in Camarillo, northwest of Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 8:30 pm on October 20th when emergency services were called to a gas station near the warehouse after reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle. Witnesses directed deputies to Bryski, who was found sitting in his car nearby. Lang, who lived in Modesto, died from his injuries at Ventura County Medical Center. Prosecutors allege that Bryski drove his Infiniti Q60 coupe directly at Lang with intent, and he now faces charges including murder with a deadly weapon enhancement and resisting police. He is being held on $3 million bail.
