Kwong Kau, a 68-year-old retired police sergeant, recently changed his plea and admitted to illegally disposing of Abby Choi's body during the fifth week of his High Court trial in Hong Kong. The case involves Kwong being accused of murdering Choi on February 21, 2023, and preventing her burial by dismembering her remains at a rental flat in Tai Po’s Lung Mei village. Her ex-husband Alex Kwong and brother-in-law Anthony Kwong had previously pleaded guilty to hindering the burial process before trial commenced last month. Police discovered Choi's remains stored in two soup pots and a refrigerator after they were dismembered with an electric saw, adding gruesome details to the case.
