Robin Patrick Martin, a 67-year-old Oklahoma City man, was arrested by the FBI on Monday and charged with sending over 700 letters containing nonhazardous white powder to public officials and media outlets ahead of both the 2024 and 2026 elections. The powders turned out to be yeast or flour, though not all letters have been fully tested by the FBI. Targets included state election officials, lawmakers, pollsters, and news media across the country. Martin appeared in court on Tuesday for an initial hearing in Oklahoma City.
