Aptean, a global provider of AI-powered enterprise software solutions based in ALPHARETTA, Ga., announced on September 17, 2026, the acquisition of FleetGO, a cloud-based logistics solutions provider based in Hattem, Netherlands. FleetGO serves mid-market and enterprise fleet operating companies across several European regions including Benelux, DACH, France, and the UK. The deal was facilitated by Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in growing enterprise software businesses.
This acquisition expands Aptean’s transportation and fleet management capabilities significantly within mainland Europe, allowing it to better serve its global customer base in enterprise resource planning and supply chain management. Founded in 2010, FleetGO offers an AI-enabled modular platform that includes warehouse management systems (WMS), order-to-delivery process control, and road logistics execution functionalities such as transportation management systems (TMS) and fleet operations.
