Public records obtained by the Daily Mail show the property was purchased by Avocado Enterprises - a licensed limited liability company incorporated in Wilmington, Delaware a few months prior to closing.

Avocado Enterprises was also listed as the owner when a permit to install hurricane shutters was granted in July, with a Matthew Siano identified as the manager, the permit shows.

Siano, for his part, worked with Overdeck at Two Sigma for 20 years, serving as a manager overseeing legal and compliance operations, according to his LinkedIn profile.
