Hayden Panettiere, a 36-year-old American actress known for roles in TV shows like *Heroes* and *Nashville*, died from an accidental overdose involving multiple drugs, including fentanyl, on August 16 in Greenville, South Carolina. The Greenville County Coroner's Office ruled her death as an accident with no signs of trauma after conducting an autopsy. Drugs found in her system included fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam (Xanax), Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine.
