In January 2023, Patrick Clancy returned to his home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, only to discover that his then-wife Lindsay Clancy had fatally strangled their three young children – Cora (5), Dawson (3), and Callan (8 months) – before attempting suicide. Just months after this tragic event, Patrick moved to New York City seeking anonymity. In January 2024, he began dating Danis, who recently shared her loved ones' worried reactions upon learning about their relationship. Danis mentioned that close friends and family expressed concern, asking about her weekend plans involving Patrick. To reassure them, she emphasized the happiness and calmness the relationship brought to her life, noting that Sundays now felt like Saturdays for the first time in a long while.
