The 2026 edition of Toronto's Michelin Guide was unveiled at the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex, with no new restaurants earning stars compared to last year. Restaurant Pearl Morissette, located in Jordan, Ontario, retained its two-star rating, maintaining its top status. Fourteen one-star establishments kept their ratings but down from sixteen previously. Notably, Hexagon in Oakville and Aburi Hana in Toronto lost their star designations entirely. The Bib Gourmand list saw significant expansion with the addition of five restaurants providing excellent value for money: 156 ONEFIVESIX, Bar Allegro, Bar Ardo, Bar Eugenie, and Liliana. Additionally, three new entries joined Michelin's Recommended list outside Toronto: LORE in Collingwood, oddBird in St. Catharines, and Revé in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
