Freddie Mercury’s only godson, Freddie Mack, expressed hope that a grand piano used by the singer will be cherished after its upcoming sale at an auction. The piano is expected to fetch between £200,000 and £400,000 at a Propstore auction in October. Used during the recording of Queen albums such as *The Game* (1980), *Hot Space* (1982), and *The Works* (1984), it was also played by artists like Leonard Cohen, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Donna Summer, and Bryan Ferry. Mack noted that the piano holds significant historical importance and is considered the most important Mercury-related artifact to be sold since the 2023 auction of his personal collection.
