On Friday night in Green Hill, a district near the capital city Kingstown in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a shooting incident left four people dead and four others wounded. Acting Commissioner of Police Trevor Bailey reported that two bodies were found on a public road, a woman was discovered inside a parked vehicle, and another victim lay nearby on an adjacent piece of land, all appearing to have suffered gunshot wounds. The injured victims were taken to Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, where two were treated and discharged while two remained hospitalized. Assistant Commissioner Brenton Smith stated that no arrests had been made and the police are investigating without public speculation about motives or connections to criminal groups.
