On Saturday, Lehigh defeated Penn by a score of 20-7, extending their winning streak against Ivy League opponents to five consecutive games. Derek Morgan contributed significantly to Lehigh's victory with both a rushing and passing touchdown. The team entered the game ranked No. 6 in the Stats Perform poll and is known for its strong rushing offense, but managed only 168 yards on 47 attempts against Penn's defense. Freshman Miles Teodecki led Penn with 133 passing yards and two interceptions. Luke Yoder, Lehigh’s leading rusher, was held out of the end zone despite gaining 74 rushing yards on 19 carries. This game marked the start of Penn’s 150th season of football following their opening victory over Bucknell last week.
