A Polish news reporter named Miłosz Sieliwończyk was live broadcasting a fatal car crash involving a young boy in Kościerzyna when another tragic accident occurred behind him. The reporter heard a loud bang and his operator shouted, "Oh Jesus!" Turning around, he saw a car with a shattered windshield driving away from where a 14-year-old girl on an e-bike had been hit. Sieliwończyk instructed his cameraman to capture the license plate of the fleeing vehicle for police identification before rushing to help the injured teen. Emergency responders arrived within three minutes, and the girl requested her mother be called; she soon arrived by bicycle.
