Six-year-old Raseel al-Balawi in Gaza has undergone more than 20 surgeries since she was injured by an Israeli air strike in late July. Witnesses claim her tent in al-Mawasi camp was struck by a helicopter missile, leaving her with severe infections that require ongoing medical treatment.
