Dolly Parton welcomed fans to her new Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville with a prerecorded video message posted on Instagram. The museum opened at her SongTeller Hotel, showcasing costumes and framed gold and platinum records from her decades-long career. In the video, Parton proudly stated that the museum is "the largest exhibit of my life and career," filled with stories, songs, and memories she has carried throughout her lifetime. Despite recent news of her passing due to cancer, the museum opened as scheduled on Tuesday, allowing visitors to experience Museum Perfection as described by attendees sharing their reactions online. Additionally, Give Like Dolly Day was launched last week by the Dollywood Foundation UK, encouraging donations to local Imagination Library programs in honor of Parton's legacy.
