Farrah Abraham, a former "Teen Mom" star, is recovering from double-disc jaw surgery that has left her unable to speak and consume solid food. Her jaw was wired shut after the procedure, causing severe swelling in her face. According to Chrissy Johnston, Abraham's manager, she will be unable to speak for two months and must eat liquid meals through a straw due to her inability to open her mouth normally. The surgery also caused hearing loss in her right ear and significant pain. Abraham appeared on her daughter Sophia’s TikTok livestream shortly after the surgery, holding up a sign indicating her condition and thanking fans for gifts. She later shared on Instagram Stories that she feels like "Frankenstein" due to her swollen face.
