Kirk Cousins, quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders, has been working on team unity this season by organizing social gatherings. Tensions arose during training camp when Maxx Crosby, a defensive end, accidentally hit Cousins’ throwing arm twice, nearly leading to a fight between them. However, they reconciled and shared a dinner in New Orleans after their recent win there. The dinner, which lasted until around 10 p.m., included other players such as Brock Bowers. Crosby praised Cousins for being "a great leader, great teammate and a great player" on his podcast "The Rush."
