Andrew Cuomo, former New York governor and potential mayoral candidate for 2025, has purchased an $9.6 million estate in the Hamptons. The property includes four parcels of land with two houses, one being a waterfront main house with nine bedrooms, and a guest house. Amenities on the estate include a tennis court, pool, gym, and wine cellar. Cuomo plans to use this as an investment property near his brother Chris Cuomo, who is an anchor at NewsNation. The purchase was made via an LLC in Suffolk County, reportedly for cash. Cuomo maintains a residence in New York City but is often seen in the Hamptons during summer months, such as when he spoke last September to over 500 people about antisemitism at Hampton Synagogue in Westhampton Beach.
