A fast-moving brush fire, named The Bouquet Fire, erupted on Saturday afternoon near Santa Clarita in the Angeles National Forest. Initially covering about 5 acres, it rapidly expanded to approximately 100 acres within an hour and eventually reached 1,000 acres by Saturday evening. The blaze threatened structures and prompted evacuation warnings for zones LAC-E020, LAC-E018, LAC-E031, and LAC-E021. Firefighters responded with ground crews and five additional air tankers to combat the fire as it spread quickly across rugged terrain due to extreme heat conditions in Southern California.
