Aaron Paul, best known for his role as Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad, has sold his Los Feliz home, known as the Seyler House, for $7.495 million after more than a year on the market. Originally listed at around $10 million in July 2025, the price was later reduced to $8.2 million before finally selling. The house, built in 1922 and situated on nearly 1.5 acres of land, is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom property located near Griffith Park.
In November last year, Paul explained to the Daily Mail that wildfires in Los Angeles prompted his family to move away from the city. He stated, "When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris." The Seyler House's sale concludes its lengthy listing period on the luxury real estate market.
