A young and healthy youth pastor died from a sudden cardiac arrest while running in the Portland Marathon, his heartbroken wife has revealed.

Treyton Lara, 24, was in the Rose City on Sunday after training for the marathon for months.
Lara was going strong and appeared to be in good shape around mile 19, where his wife, Audrey Shin-Lara, as well as family and friends, were waiting on the sidelines to cheer him on.
