On October 12, 2026, Shell plc announced that Philippa Bounds, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) at the company, informed them of her and certain Persons Closely Associated (PCAs) with her acquiring shares through Dividend Reinvestment Schemes (DRIPs), without active involvement during the purchases. These DRIP acquisitions are part of the EU and UK market abuse regime requirements for public disclosure by PDMRs and PCAs. Bounds acknowledged the importance of being vigilant on such matters and plans to cancel her DRIP elections at the next opportunity to avoid future notifications for small trades. Shell plc's Deputy Company Secretary, Karen Heslop, confirmed this information through official channels managed by Shell Media Relations.
