On Sunday, October 11, TFG London (a UK subsidiary of South African retail group TFG) suffered a cybersecurity incident affecting its IT systems used by the brands Phase Eight, Hobbs, and Whistles. The extent of data compromised is still under investigation; however, TFG stated there's no evidence that payment information was at risk. Orders placed before the attack will be processed normally, but there may be delays for orders made after Sunday. This incident follows similar cyberattacks on other fashion retailers such as Asos and H&M in recent weeks.
