New York Jets wide receiver Adonai Mitchell is set to participate in limited practice on Wednesday as he recovers from finger surgery sustained on September 24 when his finger got caught in a jersey during practice. Coach Aaron Glenn confirmed that Mitchell, who has missed four games since the injury, will take part in some portions of the team’s on-field session but it's unclear if he'll be cleared to play against Miami this Sunday due to pain tolerance being a factor. Mitchell had nine catches for 123 yards across two games before getting injured and is the team’s No. 2 wide receiver opposite Garrett Wilson. Additionally, left guard Dylan Parham, who has been out with a knee injury, could also soon return to play.
