Prosecutors said Brown struck Abraham Diaw twice over the head with a glass bottle before pursuing him through the crowded venue during the early hours of February 19, 2023.
Brown, 37, had faced up to three years in prison after pleading guilty to a count of affray in July for the attack on the dance floor of Tape, a private club in the swanky Mayfair neighborhood in February 2023.
Prosecutor Heidi Stonecliffe KC described Brown’s weapon as a “heavy square-shaped tequila bottle” and said he approached Diaw at around 3 a.m.
