Luka Doncic, playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, has filed a petition under the Hague Convention to bring his two daughters from Slovenia to the United States. The petition seeks to secure access to his 2-year-old daughter Gabriela and 9-month-old Olivia, who are currently in Slovenia with their mother, Anamaria Goltes, amid an ongoing custody battle between them. Doncic last summer flew the Lakers out to Slovenia for a minicamp so he could stay near his family there. He returned to Los Angeles recently ahead of training camp and wore bracelets made by his daughters during media day, expressing his deep bond with them on Instagram.
