Overnight and on October 25, Ukrainian drones attacked two locations in southwestern Russia: the city of Belgorod and a nearby village named Voznesenovka. In Belgorod, three people were killed and thirteen injured; another person was killed and one injured in the village attack. The drone strikes also caused significant damage to infrastructure including apartment buildings, cars, houses, and administrative and commercial premises. Regional governor Alexander Shuvayev reported that 30 blocks of flats, 35 vehicles, four houses, three administrative buildings, eight commercial premises, and three social facilities were damaged in the city attack. The second incident near Shebekino damaged a car. Mayor Valentin Demidov noted on the state-backed MAX messaging app that another injured person from Belgorod later died in hospital, raising the death toll to four.
